What’s included in the Jade tool set?
Each Volume 1 set includes a jade-toned spade and crow’s foot, packaged in our signature book-style case.
What materials are the tools made from?
Each tool is crafted with a durable, stainless steel head and a smooth, jade-toned, hand-poured acrylic resin handle (engraved with "LIV FARM & GARDEN"). Designed to feel good in your hands and look good in your space. The materials are built for real use and daily plant care, whether you're potting herbs or repotting your favorite monstera.
Are the tools actually functional, or just decorative?
We like to call it "Functional Art". While they’re beautiful enough to display, these tools are fully functional and thoughtfully engineered for your gardening experience. Whether you're planting, digging, or loosening soil, they’re designed to perform and feel satisfying to use — no shed required.
Care & Use
How do I care for the tools?
Wipe the steel clean after use, especially if it's been in wet soil, and dry thoroughly before placing it back in the case. The acrylic handle can be gently cleaned with a damp cloth. These tools are designed to live indoors, so we recommend storing them in the book somewhere dry like your shelf, coffee table or anywhere within reach.
Can I use these tools outdoors?
They’re made to dig! But they were designed to be kept indoor and with small-space gardening in mind.
Are the tools safe for food/herb planting?
Yes! The materials used are safe for tending to herbs, edible flowers, and other food-safe plants. And they make growing your own even more satisfying!
Shipping & Orders
When does the product ship?
If the product is in stock, orders are packaged and processed within two business days of being placed. Once prepared, they're dropped off with the mail carrier for delivery. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you offer international shipping?
Right now, we’re only shipping within the U.S., but international availability is on our radar. Please reach out to us if any further questions.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from our fulfillment partner in the U.S. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as your package is on the move.
Returns & Exchanges
What’s your return policy?
We accept returns of unused tools in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, just email us HERE . Customers are responsible for return shipping at this time.
What if my tools arrive damaged?
We want your experience to be a good one. If your set arrives damaged, please reach out to us HERE within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
General
Is this a limited-edition set?
Yes. This is our very first drop — Volume 1 — and quantities are limited. Each set includes our debut tools in Jade, with intentional packaging made to keep or gift. Once this edition sells out, we may not restock it in this exact form.
Will there be more products in the future?
Absolutely. We’re just getting started — new colors, new tools, and new ways to bring nature closer are all in the works. Stay tuned!
Can I give this as a gift?
Yes, and it makes a beautiful one. The book-style packaging was designed to feel intentional and gift-worthy. We currently don’t offer custom gift notes, but we’re working on it for future drops.
